Congratulations! You have just purchased AccelerAgent website - a key to your success on internet marketing for realtors.

Follow these easy steps to gain more internet visibility, win more prospect and sell more listings.

Step 1: Accept Terms of Use

In order to take advantage of your website you must accept the Terms of Use. The Terms of Use acceptance is located on the front page of your website and a click will allow you to review the full document. To accept simply type your email address and check the acceptance box at the bottom of the page. This will grant you full access to your new website. If you have further questions regarding our Terms of Use please call us directly at 1-800-743-5820.


Step 2: Change your Password

You have logged into you Toolkit for the first time with default password. Now you need to change it. Go to Personal Profile located on the left navigation bar. Your personal information will come up and you will see Your Password. Type in your current default password and then type your new password and click Submit. This will save your new password and ensure your site is secure.


Step 3: Direct your Domain Name

If you want us to switch your existing domain name over to your new website, please contact Customer Support at (800) 743-5820 and we will assist you.

Step 4: Add MLS support and enter your listings

If you have requested MLS support for your website, you will receive the MLS agreement form via email. Please follow the instructions within that email. If you did not receive the email or wish to add MLS support, please contact our Customer Support at (800) 743-5820 and request information for your MLS. After you sign the papers the listings will appear in your Inventory Manager automatically.

Step 5: Market Your Website

PropertyMinder offers supplementary marketing training and ways of generating traffic. At no additional cost, we offer online webinars that covers How-To training for different website features and even a class which will show how to "Make Money With Your Website".

Step 7: Advertise/Syndicate Your Listings AccelerAd (Post to Craigslist)

A great way to maximize exposure of your listings and generate some immediate activity from your website is to use our AccelerAd Craigslist posting system. Step 10: Build Your Website Begin customizing your website

On the left navigation bar of your Toolkit, click on Website Editor. Here you will find multiple buttons that enable you to customize your site to your preferences.

   * Click on Website Designer. Here you can change the color scheme and website layout, edit the top banner, footer and even load your personal flash animation file.
   * Click on Buttons, and this allows you to change the order of your links, create custom pages and custom lead capture forms.
   * Click on My Photo & Logo and you can upload your personal photo and company logo.
   * Click on My Slogan and write your slogan!
   * Click on About me and input some text about yourself or your Company.

If you have any questions during the setup process, you may find answers either in our Online Help icon located on the top of the "Toolkit" page, or in the Training Videos that are located within the Navigation Bars on the left of the Toolkit page.
